Lovely welcoming and good standard place all in all, has excellent staff on the management and staff throughout. The location is magnificent and easy, in a Services area on the A55. There's cool Costa not too far from the hotel, make desserts etc. At the main bar they serve outstanding food and drinks.

By and large, it was well-maintained place with incredibly attentive staff from a friendly member of staff.

Spotless room with a clean bathroom and an ironing set, extra easy chairs, and a coffee/tea maker. Exceptionally good and adequate continental breakfast option at a reduced rate.

I was upgraded to a particularly good room with sofa bed. The location was marvellous and easy, on west bound carriageway! Further, it was so close to Wrexham, restaurant at night, and subway, mc Donald's.

Nice design of interiors in queen room. Exceptionally good continental breakfast with fruit and including gluten-free options and hash browns.

Clean place & excellent staff. Beautifully maintained and extremely pleasant rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and lovely views. Fast check in and in general good service. Fast internet, parking on site. Main bar in the hotel.

Reasonably priced place, had a comfortable stay for a short business trip. Really good and courteous staff, they helped with booking taxis. We were in a great location very close to the restaurant nd d food.

Had the executive king room which was delightful with 2 double beds. Having a small mini fridge, an iron, and coffee facilities was very convenient. This accommodation had a remote setting in the North Wales area.

Everything was well-maintained, including restful and awesome staff from night shift. The airport was 15 km away from here, marvellous location. Luckily it was close to Costa, had pastries there when it was snowy outside.
